Yes, with pleasure. We understand emergency situations arise where time is of the essence. Domestically (& across the EU), Road Freight is most suited, anything from 1kg to multiple tons (parcel express, dedicated LDV, overnight service, Full truck loads 1ton-25ton.)

Internationally, Airfreight is the answer, from Courier service to IATA ‘straight’, to full charters. Please phone, e-mail direct or via our contact page and we will respond accordingly.

Cargo can be tracked and traced via a series of reference numbers and waybills depending on the freight solution(s) utilised. We have the Flight Radar and Marine Traffic apps on the site to track the Aircraft or Ship. We will provide e-mail tracking per shipment or any time you wish to know. Air-Freight FAQ's

All airlines are governed by strict rules and codes as determined by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from airport codes to security, management, and maintenance.

Airline weight (chargeable weight) determined on whichever is the greater between actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated on dimensions of the cargo, namely, [Length x Width x Height] in centimetres (cms) divided by 6000 (airline volumetric factor).

Packaging needs to be suitable, strong, secure and ISPM 15 compliant to withstand the multiple handling events, on delivery to the airport, airport handling, aircraft loading and the same again at destination. Labelling is crucial. On at least 2 sides, to make your cargo easily identifiable.

Hazardous cargo (or Dangerous Goods -DG-cargo) has to be specifically packed, correctly labelled and meet IATA standards and guidelines and must be accompanied by an MSDS and declared on shipping documents and forms.

Road-Freight FAQ's

Road freight weight (tons)- chargeable weight or ‘weight measure’(wm)- determined on whichever is the greater between actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated on cubic meters (cbm) of the cargo, L x W x H, divided by a factor of 2; (2 cube = 1 road freight ton).

Packaging needs to be suitable, strong, secure and ISPM 15 compliant to withstand the multiple handling events, on collection or delivery. Labelling is crucial. On at least 2 sides, to make your cargo easily identifiable.

Hazardous cargo (or Dangerous Goods -DG-cargo) has to be specifically packed to meet standards and guidelines, correctly labelled and must be accompanied by an MSDS and declared on shipping documents and forms. Advance notice is important so hauliers can ensure correct handling procedures and signage.

Sea-Freight FAQ's

Ocean freight weight- chargeable weight or ‘weight measure’(wm)- determined on whichever is the greater between actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated on cubic meters (cbm) of the cargo, L x W x H.

Packaging needs to be suitable, strong, secure and ISPM 15 compliant to withstand the multiple handling events, on delivery to the warehouse, handling and packing the container and the same again at destination. Labelling is crucial. On at least 2 sides, to make your cargo easily identifiable especially for LCL cargo.

Hazardous cargo (or Dangerous Goods -DG-cargo) has to be specifically packed to meet standards and guidelines, correctly labelled and must be accompanied by an MSDS and declared on shipping documents and forms.
